explain why personnel should be mindful of what they put on social media.
I believe that personnel should be mindful of what they put on to social media as they could post something offensive and could result in harmful or damaging consequences for not only the person who posted it but also the person who the post was aimed at. If someone from your working environment sees and belies what your posting can be offensive then they would have the right to fire you as they wouldn’t want you representing their company in that way online, s it could effect the business in a negative way. An example of this is when someone in this article had commented on he fact she was so bored in her place of work and wanted something to do, as well as racist comments, which will now effect her job as the company wouldn’t want someone who isn’t ethical as part of their team. https://people.com/celebrity/employees-who-were-fired-because-of-social-media-posts/
